First, we defined a clear value proposition in a crowded benefits market. Then built a product and brand that felt credible to HR leaders, finance teams, and members of staff.
As a new company, Offwork needed to launch with confidence. Any lack of clarity, trust, or commercial logic would make adoption harder and slow early momentum.
